Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship? Most orders ship the same day or the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info. We know you're excited — we are too.
How long will delivery take? It depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Economy shipping takes 4–6 business days (free on orders over $99!), Standard is 2–5 business days, and Expedited gets there in 1–3 business days. All estimates exclude weekends and holidays.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship internationally for $49.99, with estimated delivery of 6–12 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Some countries have restrictions on adult products, so we may not be able to ship to all locations.
My package hasn't arrived — what do I do? First, check your tracking link (it came in your shipping confirmation email). If your package appears to be stuck or lost, reach out to us at hello@xdipx.com and we'll help you work with the carrier to track it down. Once a package is with the carrier, it's out of our hands — but we're always happy to help however we can.
My package is incomplete — where's the rest of my stuff? Large orders sometimes ship in multiple packages depending on item size and dimensions. Your other items may be on the way! Check your tracking email for multiple shipment notifications. If you still think something is missing, don't unpack everything — take a photo of the package as it arrived and email us at hello@xdipx.com. We'll sort it out fast.
Will my package look discreet? Absolutely. All xdipx orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with zero indication of what's inside. Your billing statement will show XDIPX — we keep it private from start to finish, because that's kind of our whole thing.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Defective or damaged items are eligible for a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. Non-defective returns are issued as store credit only (up to $250), and return shipping is on you for those. See our full Return Policy for details.
I don't love this toy — what are my options? We get it — finding your perfect match takes a little trial and error, and we can't exactly offer test drives. For non-defective items, we can issue store credit so you can try something else. And hey, don't give up just yet! Toys are surprisingly versatile. A vibrating toy can double as a body massager, dildos can be used in all kinds of creative ways, and sometimes it just takes a little experimentation to find your rhythm.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Take photos before you open the package (seriously, do this right away), then log in to your account to start a return request. Select the item, choose "damaged" as your reason, and submit. Our team will be in touch within 24 business hours. We'll make it right.
What items can't be returned? Consumable products like lubricants, cleaners, and health & beauty items are not eligible for return. Same goes for items purchased with store credit or special order items. See our Return Policy for the full list.
Products & Usage
Help! My toy won't turn on! Don't panic — this happens more than you'd think. A few things to check first:
- Battery-operated toys: Look for a paper slip in the battery compartment — it's there to protect the batteries during shipping and is easy to miss. Remove it, make sure the batteries are correctly positioned, and screw the cap on tight.
- Rechargeable toys: Give it a full charge before first use. Like your phone, most toys need a complete charge cycle before they perform at their best. Check the included manual for charging times and indicator light info.
- All toys: Some have a built-in travel lock that prevents accidental activation. Check the manual for how to unlock it before use.
If none of that works, log in to your account and start a return request — we'll take it from there.
Is this toy waterproof? Great question to ask before bath time. On each product page, check the specs tab. If it says waterproof, you're good to submerge it. If it says splash-proof, it can handle the shower but shouldn't be submerged. If there's no waterproof rating listed, keep it dry. And if the toy plugs into a wall outlet — please, please keep it away from water. xdipx is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse.
Can I use this toy anally? Check the product page specs tab — if "anal" is listed as a use, you're good to go. As a general rule: never insert anything anally unless it has a flared base or a strong pull cord. The reason is simple physics — without a stopping point, toys can travel further than intended, and that's a very un-fun trip to the ER. When in doubt, check the specs, use the right toy for the job, and always prioritize your safety.
Can I share my toy with a partner? You can — but hygiene matters. Using a condom over the toy is a simple, effective way to prevent the transmission of STIs and make clean-up a breeze. Check our Materials Guide for details on which toy materials can be fully disinfected between uses.
How do I clean my toys? Cleaning methods depend on the material. Check out our Materials Guide for a full breakdown of how to clean and care for each type of toy. When in doubt, a toy cleaner designed for adult products is a safe bet.
What lube can I use with my toy? This depends on the material of your toy. Silicone-based lubes and silicone toys, for example, don't mix well. Our Materials Guide covers everything you need to know about lube compatibility.
I lost the charger for my toy — now what? We feel your pain. Unfortunately, chargers aren't always universal, so your best bet is to contact the brand or manufacturer directly. Many have replacement chargers available, and we're happy to help you find the right contact if you reach out to us at hello@xdipx.com.

I'm buying a gift — what should I get? Gift-giving in this category is an art. If you know this person well, you probably have some ideas already. If you're less sure, we always recommend starting with lubricants, massage products, or a gift card — they're versatile, appreciated by almost everyone, and a lot less pressure than picking a toy cold. A gift card lets them choose exactly what speaks to them, which honestly might be the most thoughtful option of all.
Do you offer gift cards? Yes! Gift cards are available on the site and make a great option when you want to give the gift of choice. Discreetly packaged, of course.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to order? You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes things easier — you can track orders, manage returns, and save your info for next time.
How old do I have to be to order from xdipx? You must be 18 or older to purchase from xdipx.com. U.S. law requires it, and we take that seriously.
Is xdipx online only? Yes, we're online only for now. But we're always just an email away at hello@xdipx.com if you want personal recommendations or have questions before you buy.
I think I received the wrong item — what do I do? Don't open the product packaging. Take a photo of the item as it arrived, then log into your account and submit a return request with your order number and a description of the issue. You can also email us at hello@xdipx.com with the photo and we'll get it sorted right away.
