General Policy

Orders typically ship the same day or the next business day from when the order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking details.

All shipping estimates are provided in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. We do not offer overnight shipping.

Please note that delivery estimates shown at checkout are based on information from shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We are unable to offer refunds for shipping fees due to carrier delays.

Once orders have been handed over to the shipping carrier, they are no longer within our control. While we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or other shipping issues once an order is in transit, we are always happy to assist with carrier communication and help facilitate any necessary claims.

Shipping Options

Economy Shipping — FREE on orders over $99. Estimated 4–6 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Not available for international orders or US shipments to HI, AK, PR, and GU.

Standard Shipping — $6.99. Estimated 2–5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

Expedited Shipping — $9.99. Estimated 1–3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

International Orders

Standard International Shipping — $49.99. Estimated 6–12 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

We are happy to offer international shipping from the US! Please be aware that some countries have restrictions on adult products, and we may be unable to ship to those locations.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs regulations and fees vary by country, so we recommend reviewing your country's import rules before placing an order.

Please note that customs inspections can sometimes delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe. If an order is held, returned, or confiscated by customs due to restrictions or failure to meet import requirements, we are not responsible for any resulting expenses. No refunds will be issued for orders that do not deliver successfully due to customs issues.

Discreet Shipping

Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging — either a bag or box — with no indication of the contents inside. Credit card charges will appear as XDIPX on your statement. We are committed to protecting your privacy through every step of your shopping experience.

Taxes

The taxes charged on merchandise are based on applicable state and local tax laws and rates. The tax amount for an order depends on the delivery address.

Where required by law, tax is also applied to shipping and handling charges.

If you return an item for a refund, that refund includes the taxes paid on the item. Taxes paid on shipping and services that are not refunded will not be returned.
